Was kann ich machen wenn mir einfach ohne Normenkontrolle in den Ehevertrag dir Sorgerechte eingegriffen wurde. Ich habe eine Gütertrennung und Bayern ändert gegen den willen ohne Anwalt.

Hat mir sehr geholfen. Jetzt weiĂź ich was auf mich zu kommt und auf was ich alles achten muss.
Da merkt man wie schwierig solch ein Ehevertrag ist.
Ich wollte mir einen Rechtsanwalt sparen, was ich jetzt auf jeden Fall nicht machen werde.
Es macht keinen Sinn solch einen Vertrag aufzusetzen der später vielleicht nicht gültig ist wegen einem kleinen fehler im Vertrag.;)
Hätte ich diese Vorlage 10 Jahre früher gelesen,wäre mir viel Geld erspart geblieben.
Vielleicht ist ja im Nachinein noch etwas zu retten.
In jedem Falle empfehlenswert fĂĽr alle,die sich in das Abenteuer Zweisamkeit
stĂĽrzen wollen.
